Exceptional staff made my solo stay memorable! The owner and team were genuinely friendly, which created a welcoming atmosphere.

Though the location is central, the rooms were quite basic and lacked amenities like tea or coffee making.

The parking payment procedure was confusing, leading to frustration when I sought a refund for the difference in charges. Room space was cramped, making it difficult to store my motorcycle luggage comfortably, and the leaking shower created a minor hassle with water pooling on the floor.

Was great to find 24-hour security and a nice lounge area. Room needed better air conditioning.

i was almost impressed with my stay but then the shower went cold on the 3rd night, and the room was so cramped it was pitiful. i can't believe there was no welcome gift or room upgrade. might’ve been a nice stay otherwise, but i just can't bring myself to recommend it.

i had a great stay at castillo de javier! the location is perfect, right in the heart of the old city, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions. my room was very quiet despite the lively festival outside. the kitchen was open for most of the day, and the staff were super helpful.

Had a great stay with my four kids! The hotel is conveniently located near popular spots in Pamplona, and we loved that the rooms were quiet despite being above a lively restaurant area. The staff was warm and cute.

My stay at Castillo De Javier was enjoyable, especially thanks to its fantastic central location near St Nicolás church. The check-in process was smooth, with a friendly young man assisting me. The room provided all the essentials, including a hairdryer and a reasonably comfortable bed, making my work trip manageable. Additionally, the evening meal was good value and quite tasty.
